  • Seasonal/holiday items are final sale within 14 days of the holiday.
  • Custom-made and sale items are also final sale—thank you for understanding!

How to Start a Return:
Shoot us an email at support@limeberrydesigns.com to request a return. Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Heads up: Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted, so let’s chat first to get everything squared away!


Damages or Issues

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, please inspect it right away. Snap us a note at support@limeberrydesigns.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work our magic to make it right.
